Crim91I use flux and have prescription gunnars. Gunnars are helpful if you can't install flux on every device/screen you use.

laserlightIf that's the specific case, then sure. Absolutely.
But if someone is getting this because they're constantly staring at a screen for LOOOOOOOOONG gaming sessions or because the majority of their work is from home on their computer, then f.lux is a free solution to their problem with many customization options to suit their taste.
