While I don't have "gunnar" glasses. I did spend the money on prescription lenses with 40% blue light blockage. I work as a DB admin all day and game as much as I can on the side. I'm at the point now, after about 8 mos. that I will not work or game without them. If you are someone in need of prescription glasses, go to your eye doctor and you can easily the the equivalent of Gunnar's. Maybe better.
