qwertz-asdfAre you color blind? Blue light isnt anything special its just the color blue in the spectrum that is extra straining on your eyes.

qwertz-asdfas you probably know light from your monitor consists of multiple colors. the blue color is the most straining on your eyes and thus can cause headaches. also, the blue light can trick you body into thinking it is daylight, making it harder to sleep after gaming/watching TV. however, I don't really see the thing with these glasses as you can simply use something like f.lux which will change the color of your monitor.
