Hey folks, Tiffany from Hides and Stitches here. I just wanted to let you know that your watch straps are made from premium quality full-grain veg-tanned leather. The reason they are stiff is because we finished them with a product that protects the dye and the leather from the elements. They will break in nicely over the course of a week or two. We would have liked to include information about this with your order, but didn’t have the opportunity. The deal we worked out with Massdrop was for packs of two straps with one button stud, and we regret that this wasn’t clear in Massdrop’s product description. We would be glad to rectify the situation by offering you an additional stud for cost + shipping, because we want you to be happy with our product as they were made with great care.
