It is what it is- I'm a BMW guy and I have twin boys- one likes red and the other likes blue, for $60 these can be the first "nice" watches they get while still not worrying too much about smashing them. I wore a "cheap quartz" Victorinox and then a Luminox after that, from age 15-22, so... I'm starting them off right a little earlier :)

scosolI probably won't wear driving my BMW but I might. Lol. Really a lark of a watch. I'm going for red. It's red too.

DmanjapanI picked up the Chrono version a ways back as you say "on a lark"- When doing so I looked in to the brand because I'd never heard of them (I'm in San Francisco and they're mostly International-focused) They're based out of Belgium and have quite an interesting CEO https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ice-Watch I take them to Laguna Seca quite often, so I think this will be a good raceday watch for me and a daily-wear one for them. Cheers!

scosolThey're big here in Japan. I see them everywhere. Mostly a fashion quartz but I'm up with that occasionally. See you at the races.

scosolOne assumes then, you'll buy each of them a new M5 on their fifteenth birthdays--to go with the watches?

RayFLol- assuming cars that don't drive themselves are still legal then, no. They will purchase their first car with money they've earned at their first job, like I did.
