my package showed up today.
I'll be looking for a refund.
You're not alone. Mine arrived today and all three had leaked into a sad inky mess. :-(
Hi Tracy -- That's disappointing, please let Customer Support know so we can resolve this.
I would be interested to know from both @TracyHorner and @Lobotomizer if these packages were left outside in extremely cold weather for some time after being delivered.
Please reply here or include that info in communication with our Customer Support team; it won't clean up the mess or put spilled ink back in the bottle, but it will help us to identify the problem and avoid it in the future, so your help in that regard would be much appreciated.
Our weather has been above freezing here for weeks, so I suspect it was some spot in transit where it spent a night in an unheated truck. I hope the problems weren't too widespread. There are places with some really nasty weather right now.
