thePRECURSORHey @Lobotomizer@thePRECURSOR@TracyHorner and @Slydon,
If you haven't received a refund and would prefer a replacement, we'll have them soon.
Also, I'd like to know if you think the bottles broke because of poor packaging or rough handling.
If the packaging was inadequate, our Logistics team will flag this for the warehouse to try and avoid more breakage this time. If it was damaged in transit, they can talk to the carrier.
Sorry that yours broke, I hope you're able to get some safely this time if you want to try again.
JonasHeinemanI just sent 3 bottles of ink from Wisconsin to a friend in New Hampshire. I wrapped them carefully, lots of padding, the box was labeled by me and the post office that it contained liquid, etc., and one arrived broken. It's been extremely cold and the bottle that broke was very full. My guess is, it didn't take much for it to crack and break.
JonasHeinemanPoor packaging would be my guess. The 3 bottles were loose and in a much bigger box with only a small strip of half popped air bags as packing material.
SlydonThanks @Slydon@thePRECURSOR and @Lobotomizer,
That's really helpful, I'm sorry that happened and please let me know if you have any issues getting your choice of refund or replacement from Customer Support.
There's not much we can do regarding how carriers handle packages once they leave our warehouse, but if there's an issue that needs to be addressed regarding fragile items then our Logistics team will address it - I've already forwarded your responses to the team.
Thanks again for helping to improve the member experience.
