If it was any other site, I'd be shocked that for literally years you've been selling 1 tray for $20 when every other site sells 2 for $20. Just giving people literally half the value of any other seller for years, and being content with that.
But no, I'm not shocked at all.
The Massdrop people had a reason to care about died long ago, and its cheap replacement "Drop" just serves as a suggestion feed of products to buy literally anywhere else for less, faster.
This comment will probably be pushed down from its chronological location in the feed, just as other criticisms of mine and others have (check the dates on critical comments in various listings when sorted by "newest first", they actually have the balls to do this).
This isn't about the stupid trays, its about the Massdrop people loved being gone. They see our frustrations about them being just a slow to ship retail store (sometimes worse), but go out of their way to hide them instead of acting on them.

The listing shows the standard size shipping out with only 1 tray, but if you check the item listing literally on any other site that carries them and it shows them shipping out as a bundle of 2 per standard order. Does the standard come with 2 trays?

Lycantivisonly reason I dont buy them from drop. its $20 for two from any other vendor. They only list it here as $20 for 1.

I bought this in April and it was supposed to ship early July. I have not received this yet. I've been given no updates on when this will be shipped out. Come on Drop, more and more people are not returning to you because you do not give updates when a product is not shipping on the original date.

Does anyone know if KAT profile keycaps can fit inside the Standard? I know one complaint about the Max is that shorter profile keycaps can slide around, so I'm not sure which size would be better for KAT.

Haha Drop thinks they're being sneaky... charging $20 for 1 standard tray when literally every other vendor sells them in pairs, usually for around for $30. The page itself even contradicts itself and says the Standards are $15 each. Tsk tsk. Get your trays elsewhere, folks

cmander7688Also JTK keycaps are only $90 and come with 2 of these trays... and an entire keycap set. So 2 trays for $40? That's too expensive, imo.

Not sure why they're being sold individually. Smaller vendors are selling in pairs for cheaper. Just have to google "JTK Polycarbonate Keycap Trays".
Edit: Also appears they're deleting comments. I'm sure its probably because competitors' links are being posted, so dont post them people! Just google the product name!

Is the Max size tray compatible with GMK keycaps? I see it says it's for SA and MT3 profile keycaps but does anyone know if cherry profile fits? Or why they wouldn't fit? Thank you!

Brian.MIt surely does fit, I have couple of max cases, but issue is because cherry profile has low height, keycaps are likely to be jumbled if you move the case around. For MT3 and SA this doesn't happen because clearance between keycap and case top is minimal

I have found a vendor which is also selling JTK 2 set keycap trays for cheaper than Drop’s single keycap tray.
