Why's everyone against the half-serrated? I love it! Cut ropes, etc.

AntimaxThey are more difficult to maintain, and it makes them harder to use for some things whereas a plain edge will still cut a rope. I'm 5050, but generally I do prefer a plain edge on a working knife myself.
Personally I would like it if it had the wire cutter sheath option, but I don't think the mark 1 has that.
