Funny thing. I also usually try to avoid partially serrated blades. But for some reason this one didn't bother me at all.
Maybe because there appears to be sufficient usable plain edge before the serrations (unlike my Gerber Prodigy, where the usable plain edge before the serrations is very tiny).
I still would prefer to see this dropped in plain edge with the leather handle. But I don't mind picking this one up as well.
