How long are the ties?

EnekkThat's a great question. I got one of these in a previous drop, and prior to washing the ties were long enough to wrap around the back and tie in the front. After one washing, they are no longer long enough to tie in the front (35 inch waist). Definitely a bummer, and if I had known this I would not have bought it - tying in the back is a pain. Other than that, the apron is well-constructed.

EnekkI just measured and the ties are 38" on each side and the apron is 38" across. End to end is 114". This is the first time we dropped the Boss Aprons and they are significantly larger than the Chef Aprons we ran in this drop: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/kaf-chef-s-apron

EnekkThey are 100% cotton and the instructions say to tumble dry on low heat, so without having washed one myself I can only assume they will shrink a little but not much if the instructions are followed.

kstokleyThat's good to know and tips the scales towards my making a purchase. At 6'2" w/ 40" waist I need larger than average apron. I'll take the plunge and see how this works.
