I for one would accept some credit back for this delay. Maybe whatever profits they made on this shoddy drop.

UsernametoPostThe problem is they claim that's not an option, as it's now out of their hands. I contacted support asking for the same thing. If we don't get some kind of update by today, I'm calling my card company and requesting a reversal of charges.

Dunx26This is why I used PayPal. If MassDrop won't compensate for a vendor they used, then I will file a dispute with PayPal.
