EqofdrendenYes yes, because it is the consumer's fault that they had not received prior information when they committed to the purchase. Your experience with massdrop isn't the same as everyone else's. I am a 1st time user and will never return to this site again. What massdrop displayed was a product pre-sale that would ship on the 30th. People are just starting to get their shipping info (I haven't gotten anything so it doesn't make it "a week since launch" for everyone) We are upset because we were misinformed. Is that hard to understand?

EqofdrendenThe drop ended a few days prior to launch. The time between then and the launch was supposed to be used to prepare for the shipping. Your previous order likely used standard shipping for it to arrive a week after the drop ended. This, on the other hand, is likely due to the poor business practices of the retailer. You have to understand that each order has different factors that affect when the respective products will arrive. My box will not be arriving by friday, seeing how I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation yet.

Goodluck88Well all I'm saying is that every single booster drop I've been involved with has taken 7-10 business days to receive. Guess I can't be disappointed since I expected this.
