Got my confirmation, I should have my box tomorrow. This was my first MassDrop and I more than likely wont ever purchase Magic cards here again. From now on I'll pay the extra and support my local card shop so I don't have to deal with whatever issues happened here. Hope my box comes intact and maybe I'll open a Masterpiece.
