I'd like to see the Snugpak Scorpion 3 tent here. Its best feature other than being a great tent for four seasons at an amazing price. It has the ability to be set up, in foul weather, fly first, so the interior doesn't get wet when your setting it up. Once the fly is up you can under it and clip the inner tent into place while staying dry. Also depending on weather and are, you can use the inner fly only for light weight, to the inner tent only for good weather when you sleep under the stars with lots of ventilation.
