DeathShr00mwhat horrible place is that? if you can get one, do it. i've carried the tanto tip blur for over 10 years now and its been rock solid. i once used it to cut my way through a wall of a mall i was demolishing, just to see if i could. if the CDN exchange wasnt such shit right now i would join this drop in a heartbeat

DeathShr00millegal on import or if you get caught carrying? you can open the knife and easily remove the torsion bar. I did this on mine after breaking a few due to use in very dusty environments. the knife still holds the blade just as tight as the torsion bar sits inside a a groove in the handle

DeathShr00mTry to find out if you could receive a knife without speedsafe; if so, I'd be happy to receive it, remove the speedsafe bar, and ship it on to you. I love my Kershaw knives, but I generally prefer them without speedsafe, so it's the first thing that comes out, so I have an idea of what I'm doing.

KrisLyssaraFirst of, thanks for the kind offer. Yes I can easily get any knife that opens manually but it's not that big of a deal, I can live without one :)

DeathShr00mRemoving the spring assist is very easy in Kershaw knives, just need the right screwdrivers and you're off ;-)
