Is the blade locked in place for shipping? You apparently can't import into Canada if the Customs agent can flick the blade open.

GrogI've ordered 6 Kershaw knives from Massdrop, none of which came with the blade locked in any way. All passed through customs with no issue.
These fall within Canada's knife laws as they use a torsion bar to assist in opening and aren't push-button/gravity activated.
