Are there any problems with shipping to Germany, because it is not legal to carry it?

Mste7If when on the description page your countries flag appears next to the price, then yes it ship's to your country, if it has the default USA flag then no.
This doesn't mean it cannot be opened and withheld by customs if they deem it doesn't abide by your countries law's, however, if it makes it past it's upto you to be careful when, where, and how you use it to not fall foul of your countries law's.
Nothing will happen to you if you do try to have one shipped, if at all found the worse that can happen is entry will be denied into your country for the item, and you lose your money.
