D4_BCKIts a lock knife and would be illegal to carry unless you are in direct transit to/from an activity that warrants the use of a knife.
Look up the slip kiss 2 by CRKT, it is technically legal. That being said carrying a knife in the uk, especially if you live in a city, is not a great idea.
