MebaruIt's expensive because it's made in the USA has fairly extensive milling on the scales and a milled titanium pocket clip.
The plain aluminum ones with standard clip drop for around $27 occasionally. The brass, copper and titanium ones cost more than this one. Non US made alternatives (key smart I think is one)sometimes drop cheaper.

NotsurewhyibotherWhatever. I know a thing or two about CNC machinery and also cost of various metals. Being made in USA isn't an excuse for a high price. In my opinion this keybar thing is overpriced. For the cost it should be at least full titanium.
