UPDATE: My CH 3504 (dark bronze) arrived and it is a good as people have said. The ergonomics are excellent and the attention to detail is great. The CH 3504 is an excellent value and very high quality.
Again, I remind people that it is difficult to know what you will get from Chinese knife makers. In fact, often, we really do not even know who makes what. Still, more often than not, I have been impressed with the average of what I receive from China, but there are the occasional disappointments. To me, the cost is still low enough that I can accept the occasional disappointment.
