Glen, re handle -- you were correct, Knifecenter has raised their price, but now describes the handle as being made of Hickory. Hickory is quite a different wood from ash -- stronger, less shock-absorbing, tougher, denser, etc. Are you offering two different woods, or should one of the descriptions be corrected? (I'd rather have Hickory).
