i had the original klipsch pro media 5.1. i think they were like $400 in 2001 ish. they rivaled most peoples full home theater systems.
i wish i needed the 2.1 setup. if i did i would probably buy elsewhere since they go on sale for $99 a few times a year, usually through newegg.

CMoney408In their day the 5.1s were the best sounding computer speakers you could buy. Unfortunately many of them left the factory with bad capacitors causing them to fail. Fortunately the 2.1s never had that defect.
