- As others have mentioned, the zippers do not glide all that smoothly all the time... though perhaps this will change with usage as someone else indicated
- Only one pen holder versus three as indicated in the pictures... yes it is a bit larger and can accommodate two pens, but I like having individual slots (see pic of my bag)
- Weird narrow pen slot in one of the outside pockets won't even accommodate my narrowest of pens... not sure what this is for... pencil, single knitting needle, single chopstick? (see pic)
Also wondering what the plastic bag inside one of the pockets is for... looks like it can be inflated somehow, perhaps for bag display purposes? (see pic) Cannot fit a pen in this slot in the outer pocket, this is as far as my narrowest pen will go:
