What's the fitting procedure for these things? Seems you can't install them with your feet in the shoes, so is it just a tedious guess-and-check process or is there a better method?
Unrelated note, your marketing seems to target the young, athletic, style-concise crowd. You might consider marketing to parents dealing with their children's laces and to people that have trouble tying their own laces. It's not as glamorous a market segment, but it's way bigger. I'm personally buying them for my pregnant wife, who's having more and more difficulty with her laces each day. If they work as well as advertised, I foresee us gifting them at all future baby showers (for both mom and tot).
PonteausHey Ponteaus, First off, you can actually install them with your shoe on. Watch our installation video to help you once you get them. It is really not that tedious, maybe 5-8 minutes per shoes. Considering the amount of time and hassle saved it's well worth it. Hope this helps.
Second, yes you are correct there is a large untapped marked that we literally are just getting ready to campaign. We have not put much effort or money into advertising or marketing up to this piont. We just hired a firm that is going to really take us to the next level. It comes with a hefty price tag but we are sure it will really put us on the map.
Last, Congrats on the new baby on the way! That is always exciting, nothing like watching your child be born, its amazing if you haven't experienced this yet. Good luck and I wish you and your new one health and happiness. I think your wife will like the anchors, it will help tremendously. What model and brand of shoe?

LaceAnchorsYeah, I watched the videos, though I didn't see any with someone wearing the shoe while fitting the lace anchors. Anyways, just wanted to be sure I was missing any trick, if one existed.
Best of luck with the new advertising campaign :)
Thanks! First kid, very exciting and nerve-wracking, hehe. I have no idea what kind of shoes she wears. I don't even know what brand I wear (the everydays are NB, who knows for the dress pairs).
PonteausHey Ponteaus, Try this video:

Thanks for the good words! Take your time when you install them and get your fit exactly where you want it. Once you lock em' in, your golden. Have a good one!
