The vendor was able to ship the complete order and it is now en route to our warehouse. The shipped order also includes the shipment of free ink that we were able to get for the group as a token of appreciation as this issue was resolved.
Currently these are scheduled to arrive on Friday of this week. Our warehouse team has been looped into what's going on and will be standing by prepared to get these out as soon as the order arrives. Rest assured that once these are in our hands the group's order will be handled swiftly and diligently.
We will keep the group posted and let you all know as soon as these arrive.
