I haven't got my order yet (to South Africa) and Massdrop doesn't reply to e-mails. Does anyone know when I can expect my parcel?

GarethMurrayHey @GarethMurray -- Sorry for the slow response, our Customer Support team is working as fast as they can to get through a mountain of support tickets after a busy holiday season.
Unfortunately, UPS International can be quite slow and the tracking system they offer doesn't support updated status while the parcel is in transit. Hang on until next week, and let me know if you still don't have it by then.
