Having been in business for over a decade, I have never encountered a truck breakdown, and the amount of goods damaged in transit could be counted on one hand.
Any negligible "savings" afforded the customer is negated by the exceedingly poor way of work and lack of best practices demonstrated by Massdrop, not to mention the snail's pace!
