Are these water-proof? I am looking for a nicer boots for the winter in New England. Hopefully these are warm enough on snow and ice. Thanks!

ZZ_UPennI have never worn them submerged in water, but my hunch is that if you want a 100% waterproof boot you should look at Bean Boots or something like that. These are probably water resistant, but not waterproof (also, they're too pretty to wade through a creek with!).

IanAndersonSorry about my choice of words. What I meant was walking through 5-6 inch of snow in winter. Do you think these are warm enough for sub 0 temperature?
Edit: Probably not warm enough - not lined. So I will wait for something more substantial.
