Just my 2c: for this price for my application (programming) a 4K TV is more value. $800-ish gets you a brand name 40'' 4K TV (Samsung), a little more a 46'' or 50''.

denesI use it for front end development, and the horizontal real-estate is far more valuable than on my 4k HDTV
I can have the site up with inspector, html, css, javascript all up simultaneously.

Human4k is more pixels in both directions, so you would be able to do that still and also have each window be taller and slightly wider.

TelFiREONLY if it's at least 40". You shouldn't forget about dot pitch size, too. Yeah, you can have more pixels on 4k but it's a smaller screen, you won't be able to see them that well.
