I was able to get the C7 version on a great deal earlier this year. The differences between this B7 and the C7 I have are minimal, mostly sound if I recall right. In my experience, OLED is the real deal - best picture I've ever seen on a TV (with good 4K content). I researched and tested a lot of TVs while I waited for the right deal. If you are in the market for a $2600 TV, you are going to have a hard time finding a better picture.
If you want to see it's full potential, you'll probably find yourself investing in a 4K blu-ray player and good source content too. My two demo discs are The Great Wall and Lucy. Neither is going to contend for a best picture award, but then again you don't have to worry about a gripping story distracting you from the great eye (and ear) candy.
Be prepared to be somewhat underwhelmed with some 4K content though - it's not all great. Some is hard to tell from 1080p. On the other hand, this set does a great job of upscaling good 1080p content too. So much so that I have no intention of buying new versions of any of the blu-rays I already have.
I would pick this one up if i didn't already have mine.
