aumryshI appreciate that you're trying to be polite, but Massdrop can't use the word "presale" in the title without creating certain expectations. If I purchase something anywhere else as a presale, I expect to receive it before it hits shelves - that's kind of the point.
Massdrop, in general, is really dropping the ball lately. I've already cancelled one drop (the ErgoDox fiasco) due to misleading description and overwhelming delays. If we don't get tracking numbers TODAY, I'm demanding another refund and this will be the last you see of my little chess knight around here.
