korn_thoughtless6@korn_thoughtless that totally sucks. I am not to happy with this drop either. I think like many people have said this maybe my last one. It is not such a deal when you add the shipping and since I live in Cali the tax. And since there is no easy way to return things or deal with defective items, I think I would rather spend a few more dollars to have the security of being able to easily return something if needed.

Agreed, it'll be my last one as well. I joined since it was a "presale" and I'd save a couple bucks. I'll stick with my local store, CoolStuffInc, or RollForCrit from now on. I've never had to use Massdrop's customer service, but hopefully they'll fix it.
EDIT 9/23: Got an email to fill out a damaged/missing shipment form. I should get a full refund (or replacement).
