rockadoodle29Care to expand on that sentiment? This deal seems to be competitive with other sites.

jchittimYes. But that's the entire point of this site. To have deals that are a lot better than other places. That being said, it would most likely be quite a bit lower if more people decided to go for it.

DustdoomRight, this is the cheapest deal I have found, though only by a matter of cents. I was wondering why rockadoodle29 said that it was a "terrible" deal, which seems to imply that it is more expensive than normal.
That being said, I don't think massdrop claims that a drop will be the cheapest around, rather they claim that the group buy will create a savings from M.S.R.P. and an atmosphere where an enthusiast community can discuss the deal/product. I suppose I was looking for an opinion from an enthusiast as to why this was a terrible deal.

jchittimI think that when this was posted it was a terrible deal. Ebay was ranging around 85-89$ with shipping. But now this is a much better deal (assuming the 92$ drop) because everyone has been buying boxes for jace. The wholesale price of a box has gone up.

jchittimIf the point of this site is to have discussions about products, then it should stop bothering to sell items at the same price you can get it anywhere else. So far the only people benefiting from this site are the people selling items on it (or to it).

jchittimi also believe the argument here is that going on another site and getting it for 4 dollars more, to receive in 2 days is safer than getting it in an estimated date of nov 11th.
for people buying it for immediate value, the prices of cards fluctuate. not that i believe hangarback or jace will dip down anytime soon.
