LizThis thing is light, is reinforced, and made for head phones but it has been the best case I've found. It holds up to 4 pens, I wish it was a little bit taller/wider to fit the pens better and I also wish it had individual pouches.

eBay site - They will make cases exactly how you want it. I ordered a couple and they made them to the size I needed.
They are top quality - I definitely will order a few more.

SativaDroI forgot I can attach photos for you.. I had these cases made to fit my Kaweco pens - a single Kaweco and one that would hold all 4. I read reviews that the leather Kaweco holder doesn't have room to hold a pen with the clip on. I sent measurements to the seller and they made them for me :)
