UK Shopper & first time using MassDrop. My package Departed London on August 13. When do I need to contact CCL? USPS currently says in transit.

TinowrxTook 3 days to get to London, then after 7 days of no updates it was delivered (presumably to my local depot). After another couple days I got a card through the door from Royal Mail saying there was £14.82 customs charge to pay. I did this online and it was delivered in another 2 days. So took about 14 days in total. Happy with the Maratac.

daysiusThe thing about the high customs charge that you have to remember is that there's a long and respected tradition of piracy as a way of funding British government (think Walter Raleigh, etc).
