Had one and sold it immediately. Not the same quality as the first round pilot watches they sold for just under $200.

jjt2please elaborate on the quality--what was wrong? I've never seen a martac, is the quality equivalent to a comparable seiko or citizen, or is it a lot rougher in the finish?

jjt2I have this and a sr1 and quality wise they're pretty good. It's not as good as my tuna, marinemaster, or seamaster obviously, but this is a 400 dollar tool watch, not a professional watch or a luxury item. Maybe you got a dud?

sprk1The watch was a turd. Got it for way less straight from countycomm. Actually sent the first back, got a second that was the same. Sold it immediately. All a matter of preference, but felt cheap compared to their original offerings.

jjt2What parts about it felt cheap? I'm interested in this watch and am curious...on different forums (like WUS), seems like the SR series are well-received as a lot of bang for the buck.

jjt2I respect your opinion first and foremost, but I'd really like to know why you believe the watch to be so bad. If you felt the need to return the watch it feels like it had to be a defective product. So yeah I think we'd all like to know the specifics of your situation.
