Good luck getting what you actually ordered. I participated in a recent Maratac drop and got two straps I didn't order. It's still never been resolved.

SteadfastSame here, I contacted support about my botched order and never got any reply. The issue was directly from Maratac. The 2 straps I ordered, a 24mm red was in a 22mm package. So now I have a strap that's too large, the other one was fine though.
Kind of disappointed in the MD support though.

IanAndersonI got a reply shifting the blame to Maratac, but it took three follow up emails to even get that far. I sent in the forms (even made their return form into a PDF) and nada.
