I'd also like to chime in with my hopes that Massdrop does something to make us happy now, not simply "fix" future monthly drops. I understand that perhaps the blame lies more upon their supplier than on themselves, but we're customers of Massdrop, not Derium's. At the very least, I think it would go a long way if we were all offered a significant discount on a future purchase of our choice along with promises (and eventually proof!) that future drops will be better.
