As the brass one, it is great looking light, works great too. However, there are some difference there and it may be some thing you want to know before buying. 1. the button on the titanium one is also blued, I personally would like it stay naked titanium.

2. the tint on the titanium one is a bit warmer although they are both nichia 219. which I do like but some one may not.

up:titanium down:brass. hard to tell in this pic but it more noticeable in person.
3. the titanium one can be only take apart from the bottom. it will be harder to mod the drive and LED if you like to.
