I couldn't understand the tracking number so I reached out to Drop customer service. My knife actually shipped from China so i guess Reate facility. Kinda uncool that they claimed they received the knife when in fact the knife shipped directly from the manufacture. Hello Michael, This is Brett with Drop Community Support. I understand there may be some concerns over your tracking information. I can certainly give you more updates. This item is being shipped from our China warehouse. While I know that limited updates can be quite concerning, more often than not, there is further visibility on 17track.net using this number RU. We find that these orders still get delivered within the estimated time-frame of 5-14 calendar days, but we may be experiencing some warehouse-to-courier issues due to the new international warehouse expansion. We're working out the kinks, but apologize for any delays.
