I love these kinds of pans, I have de Buyer (looks the same to me) myself, but it doesn't differ from these that much. The best thing is that these are also idiot proof. As a college student, I used to have these in the kitchen and all of my roommates didn't care much about taking care of your kitchen wares. When they scrape it with metal, wash it with soap or just drop it, it doesn't matter, just simple seasoning and it's back to normal. I highly recommend.
