Got my AL Mini II today; I can fit a 100 SEK bill inside it but not two and I haven't tried any other bill. The aluminium body feels kind of thin and like it would buckle easily? But on the other hand at just 4 grams you won't notice the additional weight however you carry it. Perhaps it is stronger than it feels; a tactile illusion? I dare not try to squeeze it with any force.
Are the brass versions stiffer? Maybe I'll grab a single-bill brass can next drop; I think it could fit a Swedish bill too. Man I wish the titanium versions were more affordable.

dag.odenhallAfter reading this, I was prompted to give the Mini II's a "squeeze test". With a scant 0 .017" wall thickness, they are quite resistant to becoming deformed, even with a forceful squeeze. I'm pretty sure that if I used both hands I could bend the aluminum one out of shape. The single bill Cash-Can does have a thicker wall : 0.026". The larger cans were made thinner for weight and size reasons.
Assembled and on the keys, the spindle keeps the housing from getting squished.

Sunshine_USAThanks for testing it for me! :-)
I did notice from the pictures that the single-bill cans appear thicker, but is the brass Mini II stiffer than the aluminum one of the same size and thickness?

dag.odenhallThe Brass Mini II is stiffer than the aluminum, definitely. There are a lot of these in use and I have never heard of any durability issues. Although, there was the customer who had his Brass Mini Cash-Can caught in a closing steel door...
He sent it to me and I was able to remove the spindle along with his "C" note. I repaired the housing and returned it to him, along with the undamaged "C" note :)
