I was kicking myself for joining the 7000 drop...until I saw the laser sensor. No acceleration or not, laser sensors are plagued with problems and for now , optical mouses will be far superior in terms or reliability. Also who there hell uses over 5000 DPI? More DPI is pointless in the vast majority of cases.
