Anyone have experience using this on other operating systems, specifically Mac or Fedora?

peteryzWorks great on my hackintosh (Maverick) , as welll as on Debian & Red Hat , so I'm confident Fedora will handle it just fine ;)
There is no configuration tool for Mac or Linux though, so you'll probably need Windows to set up the mouse initially. Or you could try Wine etc. I hate that stuff so never tried it. YMMV.
