The continued deception that Moleskine are somehow directly linked to the artistic legacy of Chatwin, Hemmingway et al. really irks me. It's an average product, mass produced by a clever marketing company who misappropriated the name from Bruce Chatwin a few short years after he died. The company has no link whatsoever to the artisan French bookbinders mentioned in this Drop's blurb other than they both make/made notebooks.
