Quartz watches are fine for women. The most iconic women's Swiss watch is a quartz (carter). Women don't tend to like having to set the time and all that malarkey after periods of not wearing it

TigerUKYeah, just a wee bit. I usually love gender stereotypes, but that one bothered me for some reason. Kind of like every other stereotype. But I know how those Brits are, so it's okay. 😉

HoldenitdownI guess if you did a survey on all female watch wearers and the results came back overwhelmingly that women prefer a quartz because its smaller and doesnt lose time rvery day. Youd argue that women are brainwashed into believing that because patriarchy forced that belief on them. So you cant win with you feminists even with facts. The word patriarchy used by feminists could be find &replaced with illumaniti for conspieacy theorists, youll get the same conclusions

TigerUKThis has been bothering you. Maybe you should have a lie-down, ease your mind. We're sure your not really a misogynist. When you wake up feeling all refreshed, you can have a look for that survey you were talking about.

HoldenitdownStop being passive aggressive. Just say how you feel without be condescending. I dont hace the survey but if you observe the market for womens watches youll find even swiss watches that use inhouse mechanical watches for mens watches, use quartz movements for womens version of the same watch. I trust they have done their market research and not just misogynists

TigerUKYou're right. I should probably be more sincere, not to mention tolerant of stereotypes. After all, I was about to comment on the folly of relying on Switzerland's fabled cultural progressivism and pioneering spirit. And I totally get your comparison between centuries of gender inequality and mythical shadow organizations bent on a new world order.
