Anyone know how these compare in quality to Pelican? Also, is the foam ESD safe?

ChuuI've owned a few. They're probably 90% of the quality of a Pelican, but much cheaper. So a good deal.
The foam is not ESD safe, although you can pick up Licron ESD spray from Mouser.com or Digikey.com and spray the foam with that .. or get some ESD foam from Uline.com.
