When I was testing out the sample we got, you can technically place the cap on the back end of the barrel, but there was no real "snap" or indication of it actually being secure. When trying to handle the pen while the cap is posted it just moves around loosely because there was no real way for it to stay on. I did not want to force it on, but I did try pressing firmly.
I'm not sure if the one we received was just a one-off, so I'll ask our vendor for clarification and keep you guys posted. (No pun intended.)

NullsignOk. According to the vendor, the cap on this is Invincia is definitely post-able. I'll update the description accordingly.
