Wizards of the Coast has a pretty strong stranglehold on its own distribution (internationally). Anyone caught distributing (sealed products) from the US to overseas will no longer get WotC support. That's quite a big deal for anyone associated with Magic. No support means no tournies, products, etc. It sucks, but that's why distributors aren't willing to supply for overseas.
